Duties & Responsibilities

Performs a variety of office support functions to include serving as the property clerk. Duties include accessing websites to allow verifying information regarding potential resources. This information is then used by IMC workers to determine a client's eligibility for services and for processing yearly reviews for Medicaid. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: Answering the switchboard, back up security officer and helping with other clerical duties when needed and as time allows.

Minimum Requirements

​

High School graduation Computer Proficiency Bi-Lingual ability (English/Spanish) is desirable

​

Desirable Training and Experience

​

Demonstrated possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities gained through at least one year of office assistant/secretarial experience; or a combination of training and experience.
