Position: Community Paramedic Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities

Respond to calls per dispatch protocol with an emphasis on allowing ALS units to remain in service and using critical thinking to determine the best treatment options for low acuity 911 requests.

Consider creative solutions to assist customers in finding ways to navigate the healthcare system and link them to resources that might enhance their quality of life.

Assist ALS crews and supervisors with critical care expertise on high acuity calls.
Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications: Paramedic
ACLS
PALS
BLS
ITLS or PHTLS
NIMS 100-200-700-800
Preferred Education / Certifications: Associates Degree (Related Field)
(Not Required) Critical Care Paramedic
National Registry Paramedic
ICS 300 & 400
HAZMAT Awareness
Paper screening process will be used to narrow candidates based upon qualifications.
