Position Objectives
This is a clerical office position located on the Black Bear Campground. This position is part time with scheduling during the months of April through November.

Duties & Responsibilities
​

Answer calls, direct the public, preform general customer service duties
-
Oversight of clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, taking and delivering messages, and scheduling meetings/sending meeting invites to attendees.

Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.

Maintaining files under the direction of the Assistant Site Supervisor and Site Supervisor.

Welcoming visitors to the facility and answering inquiries related to services within Black Bear Park.

Notify the public of Park closures under the direction of the Assistant Supervisor and Site Supervisor.

Be knowledgeable and familiar with emergency procedures and response plans as applicable.

Maintain and establish productive relationships with customers (the Public), including having professional and courteous communications.

Attend training as required.
-
Maintain a professional (personal) appearance.
-
All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic computer skills

Ability to respond courteously and tactfully with the public

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Minimum Education Requirements
High School Diploma
Clerical Experience Preferred.
